Union County Warrant RecordsUnion County Warrant Records

Call the Union County Sheriff's Office for its warrant-service role, Magistrate Court about orders it issues, or the Clerk for circuit and Family Court files. These offices cannot confirm the same facts. Give the court name and case number if available, then ask which records route applies. For current warrant status, contact the issuing court. Use official government contact details. A general directory can route a question, but only the office that keeps the case can explain its current record or release limits.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Private reference only. Union County Warrant Records is not a county office, court, law-enforcement agency, or warrant-status service. Do not send personal documents or case information here. Contact the government office that issued or maintains the record.

Choose the office that matches the question. The Sheriff's Warrant & Civil Process unit handles service questions. The issuing court handles an order, bond, recall, or appearance. The Clerk can route General Sessions and Family Court records. A jail or inmate portal can answer custody questions, not every warrant question.

The county pages use 210 W. Main Street for the Clerk and Magistrate. The state Judicial Branch courthouse profile lists 322 East Main Street. Verify the correct destination with the office before an in-person visit. The Clerk page identifies the North Herndon Street public entrance, requires screening of people and property, and says backpacks are not allowed.

For a court-index lead, use the South Carolina Trial Court Public Index. It is not a complete warrant database. For municipal traffic or ordinance matters, use the court named on the notice: Union Municipal Court at 864-429-1713 or Jonesville Municipal Court at 864-674-5746. The reviewed state traffic-search coverage list did not include either court.
